How To Apply

Application period: 1st of November 2019 –  4th of February 2020

All applications must be submitted through our online system and meet the given dealine. Paper applications or applications sent by electronic mail will not be taken into account.

Before starting the process, read carefully:

For the 2020-2022 cohort we are offering:
– Up to 20 scholarships
– Up to 10 self-funded positions


In order to complete the electronic application form, please follow the instruction given below:

  1. Create an account
  2. Confirm your account from the received email
  3. Sign in with the username and password
  4. Complete all pages of the application form
  5. Upload the necessary attachments
  6. Submit your completed application form by clicking on the button ‘submit’ that appears if 100% of the application form is completed. Make sure that you have received an email confirming that your application has been saved.
  7. Once you have submitted your application, there is no need to sen an hard copy of it.

Note that you may save every completed page independently and work on the application form at different times BUT you will not be able to change your data after the final submission. All fields marked red cannot be empty. Application form has to be fill in inEnglish. All attachments have to be translated in English, and should be pdf / jpg documents, not exceeding 5 Mb in size. Check your spam folder in case you do not receive immediately our automatic emails. Don’t wait the last minute to submit your application form to avoid any technical problem !



Should you face any problem or difficulty stopping you in your application process, do not hesitate to contact us before the given deadline to; we will try to help you as far as we can. But, please consult our FAQ section and website before sending your e-mail to check if the answer  is not inside !


All candidates must submit the following attachments.

Bachelor degree in English and in original language* Academic degree or professional diploma
Academic transcripts in English and in orginial language* Should include all grades obtained during the 3-4 years of Bachelor and information about the grading scale
Motivation letter for the IPCV programme* No more than 1000 words
2 Recommendation letters* No more than two pages per reference letter, written in English, including the referees’ signature, presenting on institutional headed paper and bearing an institutional stamp/seal.
English certificate or University Official Letter* Certificate of an accredited language centre testifying that the student’s level of English is at least CEFR B2 or IELTS score of 6.5 or TOEFL of 90 . If the language of the BSc studies was English, please present an official document (with the institutional seal and signature) stating that the university studies were undertaken in English.
1 photograph* Passport type
Copy of passport* Page(s) showing identification n°, photo, holder’ name, citizenship and date of birth, date of issue and date of expiration, signature.
Work certificate (if any) Proof of work experiences
Financial resources declaration (if applying as self funded student)

Please fill out this statement of financial resources (in Euro), to prove that you have sufficient financial support demonstrating your ability to pay the living expenses.

Storage and security of personal information

– Data may only be used for the specific purposes for which it was collected.

– Data must not be disclosed outside the partner institutions of the IPCV Consortium without the consent of the individual whom it is about.

– In accordance with the Data Protection legal framework, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data pertaining to your registration by contacting the IPCV Office.

If a Candidate is selected (proposed for a scholarship, put on the reserve list, or enrolled on a self paying basis) his data may be used for the purposes of evaluating the Erasmus Mundus Program and will be made available to the Agency, the EM National Structures, the EU Delegations and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association, acting as stakeholders of the program.


In case of non-selection and if you have grounds to believe that your application file, although complete, has not been processed through the selection procedure, you may engage an appeal procedure by writing a complaint letter to the IPCV Head Office.
