All applications must be submitted through our online system and meet the given dealine. Paper applications or applications sent by electronic mail will not be taken into account.

Before starting the process, read carefully:



In order to complete the electronic application form, please follow the instuction given below:

  1. Create an account
  2. Confirm your account from the received email
  3. Sign in with the username and password
  4. Complete all pages of the application form
  5. Upload the necessary attachments
  6. Submit your completed application form by clicking on the button 'submit' that appears if 100% of the application form is completed. Make sure that you have recieved an email confirming that your application has been saved.
  7. Once you have submitted your application, there is no need to sen an hard copy of it.

!! Note that you may save every completed page independently and work on the application form at different times BUT you will not be able to change your data after the final submission. All fields marked red cannot be empty. Application form has to be fill in in English. All attachments have to be translated in English, and should be pdf / jpg documents, not exceeding 5 Mb in size. Check your spam folder in case you do not receive immediately our automatic emails. Don't wait the last minute to submit your application form to avoid any technical problem !

Motivation letter for the IPCV programme*

No more than 1000 words

Motivation letter for Erasmus Mundus Scholarship*

Mandatory only for students applying for the EMJMD scholarship, no more than 1000 words.

2 Recommendation letters*

No more than two pages per reference letter, written in English, including the referees' signature, presenting on institutional headed paper and bearing an institutional stamp/seal.

English certificate or University Official Letter*


Certificate of an accredited language centre testifying that the student's level of English is at least CEFR B2 or IELTS score of 6.5 or TOEFL iBT of 90 . If the language of the BSc studies was English, please present an official document (with the institutional seal and signature) stating that the university studies were undertaken in English.

Not mandatory for students with the following citizenships: Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, New Zealand or Australia.

Proof of place of residence*

Proof of residence consists of one of the following:

  • a residence certificate issued in accordance with the candidate's municipality normal registation rules;
  • a certificate from the candidate's place of work, study or training issued by the employer or institution in question.

Nota bene: Both documents must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline of applying for an EMJMD student scholarship.

- Data may only be used for the specific purposes for which it was collected.

- Data must not be disclosed outside the partner institutions of the IPCV Consortium without the consent of the individual whom it is about.

- In accordance with the Data Protection legal framework, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data pertaining to your registration by contacting the IPCV Office.

If a Candidate is selected (proposed for a scholarship, put on the reserve list, or enrolled on a self paying basis) his data may be used for the purposes of evaluating the Erasmus Mundus Program and will be made available to the Agency, the EM National Structures, the EU Delegations and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association, acting as stakeholders of the program.




In case of non-selection and if you have grounds to believe that your application file, although complete, has not been processed through the selection procedure, you may engage an appeal procedure by writing a complaint letter to the IPCV Head Office.
