All applications must be submitted through the eMundus online system and meet the given deadline. Paper applications or applications sent by e-mail will not be taken into account.

Required documents for application

All candidates must submit the following attachments.

  • CV in Europass template
  • Bachelor degree in English and in original language
  • Academic transcripts in English and in original language
  • Motivation letter: no more than 1000 words
  • English certificate or official university statement : tests accepted
  • 1 photograph: passport type
  • Copy of passport
  • Work certificate (if any)
  • Financial resources declaration (if applying as self-funded candidate): template

 

Technical Guidelines

In order to submit your application, please follow the instruction given below:

  1. Create an eMundus account
  2. Confirm your account with the activation link received by email (check your Spam folder!)
  3. Sign in with your username and password
  4. Complete all pages of the application form
  5. Upload the necessary attachments
  6. Submit your completed application form by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button – it appears if the application is 100% complete. Make sure that you have received an email confirming the submission.
  7. Once you have submitted your application, there is no need to send a hard copy of it.

Note that you may save every completed page independently and work on the application form at different occasions. IMPORTANT: you will not be able to change any data after the final submission.

All required fields (marked by *) must be filled before submission. The application form has to be filled in English. All attachments must be in English (or translated to English), in .pdf/.jpg format, not exceeding 5 Mb in size.

Please wait up to 10 minutes and check your spam folder in case you do not receive the automatic confirmation emails immediately .

To avoid technical problems, please make sure to submit your application in due time.

Storage and security of personal information

– Data may only be used for the specific purposes for which it was collected.

– Data will not be disclosed outside of the IPCVAI Consortium partner institutions without the consent of the individual whom it is about.

– In accordance with the Data Protection legal framework, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data related to your registration by contacting the IPCVAI Head Office (ipcv@u-bordeaux.fr).

If a Candidate is selected (is offered a scholarship, put on the reserve list, or enrolled on a self-funded basis) their data may be used for the purposes of evaluating the Erasmus Mundus Program and will be made available to the Agency, the EM National Structures, the EU Delegations and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association, acting as stakeholders of the program.

 

The European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), in the context of managing the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters, collects and processes the personal data of some of the candidates. In particular, certain data of the scholarship holders and non-scholarship holders is shared with the Agency and treated according to this privacy statement.
