Janka Hatvani holds a Master’s degree in Info-Bionics Engineering from Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Hungary. She defended her PhD thesis in 2021 under the joint supervision of Paul Sabatier University (France) and PPCU. During her studies, her main research interests were ultrasound imaging and processing, super-resolution of CT images, and deep learning classification, segmentation of medical images in both industrial and academic environments. Currently, she works at PPCU, mainly focusing on ultrasound and phonocardiography-related research, and is a lecturer of the Master’s course in Biomedical Signal Processing. She also works for industrial partners focusing on 4D echocardiography and behavioural analysis.
