Marcos Escudero Viñolo graduated in Telecommunications Engineering at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) in 2018 and obtained a PhD in 2016 in the Computer Vision domain. He is Assistant Professor at UAM since 2016. His research activity has been carried out as a member of the Video Processing & Understanding Lab (VPULab) in more than 15 national and international research projects with public and private funding, resulting in 9 articles in JCR-Indexed journals and more than 10 articles in conferences and workshops. His research interests correspond to the area of analysis and machine understanding of image and video content. He is currently co-supervising three doctoral theses and he is a regular reviewer in international indexed conferences and publications.
