All partner universities of the EMJM IPCVAI are committed to fostering equal and inclusive access for students, staff, and scholars with individual needs. Concrete support measures are in place to ensure that participants with disabilities or other specific requirements can fully engage with all aspects of the programme.

Each university in the consortium offers dedicated services tailored to the needs of students with disabilities or functional diversity:

University of Bordeaux (UBx)

At UBx, students with disabilities have access to a comprehensive range of personalized support services, including:

  • Sign language interpretation

  • LPC (Cued Speech) coding

  • Note-taking assistance

  • Adapted course materials and exam accommodations

  • Technical aids and accessibility equipment loans

  • Adapted facilities to support mobility and learning needs

Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM)

UAM’s Area of Attention to Functional Diversity promotes full inclusion and equal opportunities for students with educational or physical needs. Available support includes:

  • Adapted student housing

  • Equipment loans for learning and mobility

  • Disability-friendly study spaces equipped with specialized hardware and software

  • Resources to facilitate academic success and social integration

These services are designed to ensure that all participants, regardless of their individual needs, can access and benefit fully from the programme in an inclusive and supportive environment.
